1) Our goal: no vendor lock-in
ClearSkai builds on standard, portable tooling so you ultimately own and control your website, automations, and data. You are never trapped on a proprietary platform you cannot leave.
2) During split-pay
While a balance is outstanding, you receive operational access — the system runs live on your domain so your business can use it. ClearSkai retains administrative control of the source repository and hosting account during this period.
3) After final payment
Once final payment clears and all balances are paid in full, ClearSkai completes the handoff:
- Source code repository transferred to your GitHub (or equivalent)
- Hosting account ownership transferred where applicable (Vercel, Cloudflare, etc.)
- Domain DNS, analytics, and email credentials handed over
- Brand assets and final design files delivered
4) Portfolio use
Unless a client opts out in writing, ClearSkai may display the client name, logo, and finished work in our portfolio and case studies.
